The departmental website can be visited without registration of personal details. Details are only required for event registration and subscription for the newsletter and EWI Review magazine. These data are treated in accordance with the following policy.
Confidential data processing
Your personal records registered by the department are saved in a secured area that is not publically accessible.
Responsible for the processing is the EWI Department, located at the Ellipse building, Koning Albert II-laan 35, box 10, 1030 Bruxelles.
The file can only be consulted by certain department staff members to exercise their duties.
Under no circumstances the personal data are handed to third parties or used for other purposes. In case of anomaly the department will ask your explicit permission.
Processing goals
The data are only used to contact you for current or future events in order to provide an optimal service.
If you no longer wish to receive information about future events, you can contact the Department of Economy, Science and Innovation (EWI) by e-mail or mail to Koning Albert II-laan 35, box 10, 1030 Brussels.
Each e-mail from the department also offers you the possibility to unregister.
Processing permission
By providing your personal details, you give the department the explicit permission to process your records for the above mentioned purposes.

Right to inspect, correct or delete personal records
At any time you have the right to inspect, correct or delete your data.
