Toelevering uit Vlaanderen zelf belangrijk voor Vlaamse bedrijven

Voor de Vlaamse economie is de toelevering van intermediaire goederen en diensten uit het eigen gewest en het buitenland belangrijker voor de productie dan de invoer uit de andere gewesten.

De primaire en bouwsector maken vooral gebruik van Vlaamse intermediaire goederen en diensten. De industrie is meer internationaal georiënteerd, en dan vooral de 'aardolieraffinage' en de 'productie van motorvoertuigen'. De quartaire sector is zeer arbeidsintensief.

Dat alles valt af te lezen uit de nieuwe (interregionale) input-outputtabel.

Flanders Looks ahead to the Tenth European Framework Programme for Research and Innovation

Although Horizon Europe (= the ninth European Framework Programme for Research and Innovation) is only halfway through, preparations for its successor have already begun. Therefore, in Flanders, the Working Group 12 of the Flemish Stakeholder Platform for European Programmes (VEP), has drafted a reflection paper on the future FP10. A similar exercise was done in the past for the current Horizon Europe programme.
